With this installment, we will introduce what is perhaps the most discussed trend in Recruitment today: Recruitment Process Outsourcing or RPO.

While RPO is new, outsourcing most certainly, is not. Many industries have embraced outsourcing over the past 15-20 years. It has become common practice in customer service and first line support for the telecommunications industry and the path of choice for many firms where information technology and infrastructure is a tool set and remains peripheral to core business activities, such as in the financial services industry.
