Mr. Rick Van Looyen, President Rick has been active in the agency and corporate staffing arena for over 12 years and brings a tremendous network of contacts and candidates to the business. In his years as an agency consultant, he provided senior technical and executive search services in a variety of industries including information technology, financial services, civil and environment engineering, manufacturing and resource sectors. Having left the agency business to broaden his base of experiences, Rick provided consulting services to Manulife Financial and CIBC, before making the decision to Launch ANTON Consultants Inc. Mr. Tom Rosa, Vice-President Tom brings 10 years of management, operations and staffing experience to ANTON. Tom progressed early in his career to the general management level at Future Shop, where he gained a solid reputation for his ability to turn failing operations into profitable locations, based largely on the winning teams that he fashioned during his stay. Future Shop came to rely heavily on his management and staffing skills during his tenure with them. Tom opened and built 5 Future Shop locations before deciding to utilize his exceptional communications and business development skills within the staffing industry. Since joining ANTON Consultants, Tom has provided exceptional recruitment, and account management services, making him a significant contributor to the overall growth and continued success of ANTON Consultants. Ms. Dale Brenneman, P.M.P., General Manager Dale has 12 years of progressively responsible experience including 7 years in Project and Operational Management roles for public and private sector employers including CH2M Hill Engineering, the Regional Municipality of Waterloo, MicroAge/Metafore Consulting, Manulife Financial and IBM Global Services. Along with her extensive project and program management background, Dale is able to offer business management and development capabilities, information technology expertise and human resources management skills to the team. Prior to joining ANTON Consultants, Dale was accountable for Communications and Project Control for the IBM Global Services Transition team at Manulife Finanical. Prior to being acquired by IBM during this transition, she was the Director of Desktop PC Infrastructure for Manulife's North American operations. In addition to her work for ANTON, Dale has recently joined Conestoga College as an Associate Faculty member in the School of Business, teaching Project Management courses. Dale is currently accountable for marketing, communications, human resources and accounting functions at ANTON Consultants.
