Mr. Rick Van Looyen, Principal Rick has been active in the agency and corporate staffing arena for over 19 years and brings a tremendous network of contacts and candidates to the business. In his years as an agency consultant, he provided senior technical and executive search services in a variety of industries including engineering, information technology, resources and minerals, financial services and manufacturing. Rick combined his impressive track record in the technical and executive search arena with measurable corporate staffing experience to launch ANTON Consultants in 2001. Since 2001, Rick has been successful in establishing Anton Consultants within a number of industry verticals and is currently responsible for training and development of staff, new business development and overall corporate strategy. Mr. Tom Rosa, Principal Tom brings 15 years of management, operations and staffing experience to ANTON. Tom progressed early in his career to the general management level at Future Shop, where he gained a solid reputation for the winning teams that he fashioned during his stay. Future Shop came to rely heavily on his management and staffing skills during his tenure with them. Tom built and redeveloped several Future Shop locations before deciding to utilize his superlative communications and business management skills within the staffing industry. Since joining ANTON Consultants, Tom has provided exceptional recruitment, and account management services, making him a significant contributor to the success of ANTON Consultants in our first 10 years of operation. Tom is currently accountable for sales floor training, performance management and Tier 1 account management services. Ms. Dale Brenneman, M.A.E.S., P.M.P., General Manager Dale has 20 years of progressively responsible experience including 15+ years in Project and Operational Management roles for public and private sector employers including the Regional Municipality of Waterloo, MicroAge/Metafore Consulting, Manulife Financial and IBM Global Services. Along with her extensive project and program management background, Dale is able to offer business management and development capabilities, information technology expertise and human resources management skills to the team. Dale is currently accountable for all aspects of day to day and strategic operations including marketing, communications, accounting/legal and human resources functions at ANTON Consultants.
