TOOLING ENGINEER

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Mechanical Engineering Technologist preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
SKILLS
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in tooling and/or manufacturing environment
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Experience using AutoCad, SolidWorks,  and familiarity with CNC programming preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing the design and delivery of specialty equipment for a variety of manufacturing customers. Must be able to manage multiple priorities, troubleshoot processes and design concerns and effectively communicate with both internal and external clients.

MAINTENANCE MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Millwright and/or technologist or Engineer
SKILLS
  • Ability to fabricate and maintain equipment including robotic machines in a manufacturing environment
  • ISO 24000/9001 certification
  • Design and manage internal and external maintenance schedules including managing 3rd party vendors where necessary

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Maintenance Manager will be accountable for the preventative and restorative maintenance of manufacturing equipment including line/assembly components as well as robots. Responsible for training employees in proper Health and Safety procedures, ISO programs and QEM procedures. Will ensure employee development, and quality targets are consistently met or exceeded.

PRODUCT DESIGN ENGINEER

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Mechanical Engineer; PEng preferred

SKILLS
  • Proficient in the use of AutoCad, CAD, DFM, DRA, Catia/FMEA and familiar with APQP
  • 5 years of experience in welding, fabrication and injection molding processes as well as  equipment design
  • Project management skills including the ability to direct the preparation of detailed design and specifications documentation, and designing/reviewing prototypes

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Product Design Engineer will utilize their design, leadership and client management skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams to complete projects in a high volume fabrication fabrication/welding and injection molding facility. In addition to your excellent skills in the use of commonly used design software, you are accountable to design and manage the prototyping and sign off processes, manage external clients and handle problem identification and resolution for each project you lead.

PLANT MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Mechanical Engineer with PEng certification
SKILLS
  • Project and business management skills normally acquired through 15+ years in a manufacturing environment, with progressively responsible management experience
  • Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience in lean manufacturing/continuous improvement programs
  • Ability to train land lead cross functional teams

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Plant Manager is accountable to ensure consistently high performance of all teams engaged in plant activities including engineering, finance, quality, SCM and manufacturing. You will promote and educate all staff on the tools and techniques used in lean manufacturing processes. As a Plant Manager, you will be engaged in Health and Safety activities and programs, and will utilize your superior communications skills to provide clear and direct feedback to individuals at all levels of the organization.

QUALITY ENGINEER

QUALIFICATIONS
  • C.E.T or equivalent combination of education and experience
SKILLS
  • Ability to complete root cause analysis, SPC data analysis, and R&R analysis
  • Skilled in the delivery and documentation of results for Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) as well as submission of required PPAP information

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Quality Engineer is accountable for implementing quality control processes within an automotive manufacturing environment. Your 4 years of experience has prepared you to properly develop and implement appropriate programs to collect and analyze quality data effectively. As the Quality Engineer you will also be required to ensure that regulatory quality programs and documentation requirements are met.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Millwright or Mechanical Technician
  • Master Electrician preferred
SKILLS
  • Previous experience repairing, modifying and installing equipment in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to develop and track maintenance plans to ensure equipment functionality and reliability
  • Staff management and excellent communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Maintenance Supervisor is accountable to plan and track maintenance schedules, order appropriate parts and materials as well as manage budgets for plant management activities, normally acquire with at least 7 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role. In addition to budgets, you will track the OA and FTQ and adjust as required to meet the objectives of the maintenance program. You will provide leadership to the maintenance mechanics and other staff in the implementation of 5S standards.  In addition to planning and tracking activities, you will be accountable provide feedback for direct reports and ensure appropriate training and compliance for health and safety regulations.
